The conversion set is still listed on the company's website. However, I think I still got a good deal with what I paid for it due to the postage from Germany to the UK not being exactly cheap for such a large box.

The KP-29 is just not in production. Other than this recent arival I have another two in my stash, along with several of the B-50's. If I build any of them, I will need bigger transportation boxes and probably a bigger car!

Just when I'm trying to lighten the load here I go to my club's Festivus party and pick up more. It's the clubs version of a Christmas party after the holidays have calmed down. Everyone brought a kit for the raffle and there were other kits the club buys with its income from the contest. I brought one Mustang and came home with a different Mustang and the Panzerspahwagon armored train car. It will be like building a tank model without messing with the tracks!

Well i got my 48th Hobbyboss N/AW A-10 twinset Thunderbolt 2 in the mail yesterday and looking thru the plans ,, guys it's got a complete 30mm Avenger rotary cannon ,,and it's a total waste as you can even see it ,,soooo best it's not in there ain't it
Now if it was 35th scale then oh mumma the possibilities wouldn't be endless but damn close to it .. so at 48th is still a good size and i've got 32nd and 35th scale 20 and 25mm rotary cannons in the weapons pile but it's to small as tank mounted weapon ,,maybe a scout vehicle 🤔
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .

Snagged an Airfix Tempest off eBay for a decent price - even including post, cheaper than rrp.

That's the wing sorted for the P.1030 scratchbodge.

Quick calc. tells me that a 1/48 30mm cannon equates to just under 22mm in 1/35 - so a good equivalent to those 20mm & 25mm guns you've got, Phil.

Find a 1/48 Volkswagen Beetle and park it next to the fully assembled gun system. There was an old picture showing how big the gun was back in the 70s.

Automatically done math from me mate Guy ,,thank you my good Sir  ;D
that opens many more doors cause the 32nd scale guns are M61 20mm Vulcans but case there 32nd they are bigger and look like 25mm or even 30 mm depending on how ya want to go about it

Ken mate i am extremely familiar with that pic ,,its one of the first pics i ever saw of rotary cannons and that's when the fascination with this weapon system and bud it's only gotten more personal in a up close and hands on sort of deal  ;)  ;D
