As it comes with a stand I am tempted to build it landing as in the box art.  To my mind it looks like its swooping down on some prey.

I think you should change it's wheels for claws and paint it to look like a heron, and put a plastic roach or frog in its nose cone.

have a good dig throw old 2000 ADs  there is a story involving near animal robot / AIs that has a predator that looks very close ( cant remember the name of this one), as well as the Nemesis the Warlock story where the black hole  /white hole bypass near earth goes bonkers and starts leaking time / alternate reality horrors and one turns up in that

In the mail today .. A 35th pile of 40mm Bofors AA gun sitting on one turret ..yep the ZimiModel quad Bofors turned and and the plan hasn't changed for it but i'm glad i have an Italeri Bofors for parts because i'm going to need em ..also i need to find a cheap large amount of 40mm Bofors ammo as this kit comes with a total of 12 clips and expects you to buy the metal edition set or sets as i've no idea how many is in it but if you look at the gun tub ,,there's a fecking lot of em

The "cheap" bit will get down to perception. I have this set, there is a lot of boxes and some number of clips


have to say, I saw this Zimi Bofors kit (or kitset for our NZ cousins  ) in a close by LHS for $80 AUD and was tempted. BNA have them cheaper, but postage gets to the same price.
