As far as "operating on land" is concerned, it'd be useless being big, slow and
probably unable to operate anywhere that wasn't paved.

That thinking didn't stop very many of the Nazis outlandish ideas though.................  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

The cycloidal propellers called out in the DUKW 1/2 drawings could have a lot of applications for this build , especially if you are short on ship parts in the spares vault.  Well worth a closer look!

I'm thinking ice cream van, for all those little secluded bays in Cornwall.

An ice cream purchased from The Merry Pranksters would be, ummmmm, interesting...

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

Well my idea for the DUKW seems to be out of the water so to speck in more ways than one ,,finding one is turning out ot be impossible and the idea for a half track DUKW seems to have already been thought off which is amazing ,,,seems there's more demented minds for this sort of thing than i thought
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

The UHAC (Ultra Heavy-Lift Amphibious Connector) was worked on for years culminating in a half-scale demonstrator.

McColm

I've added caterpillar tracks to my ekranoplan build.

RAFF-35

Has anyone considered doing a Landwasserschlepper or variant thereof for this build yet?
Don't let ageing get you down, it's too hard to get back up

A few 'devices' that are slightly similar are being built, like amphibious Beetles,  but not one of those in particular, so why not?
