Hannants have issued their usual 10% off on pre-orders for pick up at the show   But don't forget to chnage your delivery address

The Rat

Looks like a new trophy for this year, and right up our alley: The Mushroom Trophy

The Mushroom's not new, I've got two of them myself, it's always been THE class for Whiffs. But the Competitions Committee grabbed it into the normal Class systems in the Competitions some years ago.

It's usually Class no 30something, it's been 32, 33 and 34 in recent years, now it looks like it's back to 32.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

While I was idly writing my shopping list for SMW I glanced at a couple of the things I'll be bringing to put on the table, and I thought they'll probably want to have a label. Is there a standard template used? I seem to recall last year a lot of things had the same style tag in front.

That's because they were built by the same person who decided to provide labels to help the unenlightened to know what they were looking at.

Just had a quick look at the taders and noted that Special Hobby are next door to Eduard and that Kotare will be attending   So hopefully the later will have their early Hurricane Mk I ready for the show, and yes it is 1/32

By the Bye, if anyone is interested I have a friend attending, all the way from NZ.
If you happen to be passing the NZ SIG stand, say 'Hi' to Dave Stewart for me.  <_<

Tools and materials, along with reference material, accessories, are my main wants this year. That does not mean the odd kit or two will not be purchased.
