I take it the rules are the same as previous years Martin? Three models each for the table, limited setup crew allowed in on Friday, no under-the-table sales?

Based on the joining instructions for last year. Yes, Its all down to the table space we have.
Unlike last year thou, we havent had the offer of an extra 6 foot of table space to share with project cancelled.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Size (of the stash) matters.

I'll bring six-ish (two boxes), just in case of no-shows. No point hogging space under the table with any more, especially considering how many people's hauls are going to be under there.

The problem I have with bringing kits is that I obviously travel by train so they need to be well packed and then share a bag with my clothes etc. Still I will try this year.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

There's a few other members who are in London IIRC: could you give your kits to one of them prior to the show and have them bring them up to Telford?

#34
SMW shopping list started.  [EDIT] In addition to accessories to be used on an Airfix 1/48 Anson, a Revell Catalina II and a Macchi Folgore (all RW and in my Hannants shopping cart), I'll be on the hunt for a pre-loved Airfix Wildcat/Nakajima Kate Dogfight Double.  That is #1 priority for a RW Kate build.

If I don't find one the [EDIT] (The) target is a pre-loved Matchbox Halifax II (or the Revell repop - NOT the 'pure' Revell kit), again for a RW build.

Apart from that, a Matchbox/Revell Walrus for whiffery.  I've an idea that's been bugging me for the last few months - it's not like there's no part-builds or enough whif ideas rattling around my head already, or I don't have a stash to raid, it's just that this idea won't go away!

And that's it.  I just need to be strong when I get there!

I'm going to be looking for a deal on that monster Trumpeter WWI Monitor with the HUMUNGUOUS gun on the stern that only shoots sideways! It's decades since I built a ship model, but that one has really got to me. And I plan to Whiff it too.  ;D
