QuoteI don't like the looks of the T-tail ( sorry, Baz ! ) it just kinda sticks out as not belonging. It's got canards, and that big delta wing....other than that, the thing is awesome ! So fast and powerful looking, but it's got tnat wide fuselage..........cool !

How about British Airways ?
Capt,
This is in no way meant to sound like being a smart donkey, but thanks for letting me know that the T-tail doesn't do it for you. That means I haven't become mundane and predictable. I don't want to have to be Cougar in Top Gun who has to turn in my What If wings and say"' I'm sorry Sir, I've lost the edge." ;)

British Airways. Isn't that the official airline of Paul McCartney?   ;)

F-32

Do it in Blue Angels support aircraft colours (like the C-130) as they'll need something that fast to keep up with their team of Avro Arrows ^_^

Comrades!  Why did no one pickup on the test I was required to perform by the KGB?  US Airways?  Such a decadent and corrupt organization is truly an example of the Western running dogs and their failed air transport system.

What airline could this truly GLORIOUS plane serve, other than AEROFLOT?!  Yes, comrades, this plane has Aeroflot written all over its fuselage, even though it does not know it yet.

Fly Aeroflot.  You have no other choice.

Great work, Eddie. I think the old East German Interflug colours would look wunderbar on this model:

It was kinda suggested that I give up all beer festivals to finish this one, so awwaaayyyyy we go! Here are the $20 decals that I'm going to use. Okay, I got the plane with it too, but it chaps my donkey that I couldn't find any A/M airline decals <_<  Hey, how about if I use the 767 that the decals came with and make it an airline tanker? Use coat hanger to connect them in flight? I think it's a possiblity. :ar:

B777LR, if you read this, I had a B.A. 777 fly right over my head at about 500 ft on appoach to HOU. Very impressive, I must say. First time to see one in the air and up close. B)

Me too, the T tail is not the best configuration... If only you had another 737 tail to make it a butterfly tailed airliner! :) it would be really wonderlicious! ;) Anyway, beautiful "Phoenix" work! In terms of color scheme what about using the 777300ER house colors? This way it'll look like a very modern Boeing prototype... :)

Somewhere in this forum, a pic was posted of an this airliner idea. 767 with a 727 tail. I'll be adding the engines on the wings as well. :)

Wow another amazing Eddie masterpiece in the making! Will you be adding two or four engines under the wings? My vote is for four....go for max thrust!

Lucky you. We hardly ever get eny B777s here in denmark. Only A340 and A330 from SAS and Air greenland, as well as the weekly Singapore airlines B777-200. Varing however comes with those super good looking MD11s! Sound so good! Soo huge! And sooo noisy! Just hear the pilot adding thrust for more speed, then taking off thrust! Swissair made a big mistake in replacing them with boring old A340s.
Someday i just need to add a set of GE 90s under an MD 11 and making it a twin!

Neat stuff !  Looking forward to seeing those decals on, will have to wear sunglasses!

After I posted the giraffe, several folks put up a few planes and a helo with that pattern. I wanted to try it myself, sooooooo.......

I was having trouble getting motivated to finish this one because the decals I robbed from my 757 didn't fit. Bummer! <_<  Now I will experiment with paint and if it works out, it will be a .....something ;)   Here's the base coat. It's a "flesh" color, with yellow and brown mixed.

With all the work and variations you've done to date, I do believe this would qualify for The Phoenix Group Build!
