I think I've got builders block, so what's the best thing for that? Start another project. This is my idea of just how far you came go with a warehouse full of 737 parts.
1.How the 737 engineers tried to show what the Dash 80 would look like if they built it. 737XLG
2. The island hoping version for All Nippon. 737SR

Just a little distraction from my other projects :P

When I saw the first pic I though hey that looks pretty normal for Ed.... sorry the model whisperer and I began to despair.

But then lo and behold I saw the second picture and my crisis of faith was over.

Whew that was close!!!!!

So that would be a Boeing 73333337?

:D
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

Actually, wouldn't that be more a 0.7333337?

Wherever you go, there you are!

Well you could just add another set of engines to your stretched 737 and make it a 707

Man, Eddie, this is so....

AeroFrankenstein!

Alvis must love the eggplane, too.

Now, get back to your hybrids (I can demand that as I'm too sick with a cold to do any real modeling myself!!!)
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

The first picture looks like something out of an NTSB investigation, after they had found the black box.

Now the last one...Perfect for torturing JMNs and Aeronautical engineers!

 I love your Boeing 7-Egg-7  With a crew of 12 for the single passenger, probably... ^_^
For the 7-engined stretched T-tail, I just imagine one possibility that could have been even more amazing: instead of adding much fuselage extra-tube, like between DC-9 and MB-80, and inserting wing portion to increase span, what-if one had included another fuselage portion with wings? Tandem-wing Boeing, wings front and aft like a butterfly - with front engines more external than the aft ones,  not to feed the latter with hot gas (after-burning is good, but burning fresh air is better, this is a serious plane...) :D
Thanks a lot... :)

Hey cool, I have an Airbus Egg job in the paint shop. Great minds think ...

Aww hell, you have way more cool ideas than me. I can't use that old phrase.

I like that 7-engined version. Should be nice and zippy.

Okay, one more folly rises from the ashes of this build. I promised my kids that I'd build them each an airplane. The small one goes to "The Terror" and one for "The Instigator" The Mirage made one more contribution to this world by adding the wings for the72/37 :P
