How to gull a Hurricane?

My plan involves a Heller Hurricane plus the wing from a Verrie Olde Revell Hurricane I.  Oh, and plasticard plus putty!

Unsure as to go 'full Goshawk' or claim it's a beefed up Kestrel.

Then there is the marvelous Bristol 133, inverted gull wing like 224 and lumpen great
fairings for the retractable landing gear ala the P-35 and Northrop BT-1.
The question is: how to gull a Hurricane?

I did have a look at trying to scratch one of those, using a Hobbyboss F4U Corsair wing and a Hobbyboss Dewotine D520 fuselage, with possibly Sea Fury tailplanes.  The plastic thick, easy to work with and they were cheap.  Never did get round to starting it and god only knows where the bits are now.  I mean, they're in the loft but...

IME "gulling" a set of wings is simply a matter of cutting and shutting.
The tricky part is cutting the same on both sides so the shutting results in the same "angle of gull".
Jigs and templates are a great help.

I painted the Whirlwind with silver enamel today.
If you start brush painting a model aircraft with enamel paint hope you don't suddenly have to drop everything and rush from the shed to the toilet.  When the need and the discomfort has passed it is possible there will be dried paint runs which you might need to sand back and paint again.
You can probably guess how I know this.  I'm going to have to stop drinking my own coffee as that seems to be what sets it off.  I hesitate to self diagnose IBS but...
Anyhoo, the silver (Tamiya Chrome Silver) looks great apart in two places at the trailing edge wing roots.

I lightly sanded the silver paint today.  Successfully.  Ready for a recoat.  Noice warm spring day today meant it would have dried fast so I decided not to recoat until the temps drop in a few days.  Just to be sure.

I've had IBS-D for over 50 years, not fun. Coffee may be a trigger, but there can be many others. Onions are one of the worst. Check out the Monash University FODMAP diet, it may help. Monash University FODMAP

I'm only guessing it might be IBS.  I've not talked to a quack about it.  It seems to only be my home ground plunger (french press) coffee which causes me to have to do the clenched cheek stumble.  I have no issues with any other foods or drinks.  I am OK with all the good pizza toppings - onions,  jalepenos, spicy salami, pineapple - so that's good.

Okay, doesn't sound like IBS. Another possibility is gastrocolic reflex. Everyone is born with it, it's the reason why babies fill their diapers after a meal, but sometimes it can crop up and cause problems in adulthood. For that you can get prescribed Hyoscine Butylbromide tablets, the brand name here is Buscopan, it may be different where you are. I take one at least half an hour before a large meal, or if I'm going out to a restaurant. According to the packaging I can take up to 3 a day, but I only use them every few days. Seems to work. Check with your doctor.

Here it is in Tamiya Chrome Silver enamel (brushed on) with a coat of Glass Coat Gauzy Agent over the top.
