Quote from: Old Wombat on October 21, 2025, 08:07:24 PMI don't want to appear rude, David, but this is a Wyvern;

This is a Whirlwind;

Ah, you're completely right. It's a Whirlwind offcourse. The Wyvern is totally different in concept and age.. :banghead:

Unless you did a Merlin engined Whirlwind & called in a Wyvern, which I'm unaware of, then upgraded that?  :unsure:

I mean you could call any adaptation of the Whirlwind the Westland Willy-Willy to save any confusion...  :wacko:  :wacko:  :wacko:

Staying with mythology like the Wyvern:
Westland Wyrm
Westland Woden

I suppose you could also reuse names Westland had used previously like Witch, Wizard and, my favourite, Weasel.

And, if you set it free, it would be a Wild Weasel:angel:  :angel:  :angel:

Hat! Coat! Gone!  ;D  ;D  ;D
