A MASSIVE parcel arrived via the GPO today containing the Atlantis re-pop of Revell's 1/56 Bomarc missile and launcher. I'm sure I don't remember it being THAT big when it first came out, and sure enough, on opening the box, it wasn't!

The missile kit fills maybe 2/3 of Altantis boxing and then the retailers went bananas with their packaging, so much so that a 1/35 Bomarc would have gone in there.

The kit's magic, but it'll be heavily Whiffed into something manned I expect as the launcher is destined to support my Navaho when I've finished it.

3 x 1/76th T-34 76/85 tanks

Bought new because the 3-for-2 deal plus a birthday voucher they sent me made them cheaper new than any of the 2nd hand ones on ebay. The Scammells cost me just £5.66 each and the T-34s just £4.66.

I want these for more McQueJobs...

Curiously i've never played the game, i only saw videos of it but i like this fighter's design a lot. This is actually my third kit and although i bought this one mostly because of the decals, i also have a few ideas i'd like to try with it.

Bought from my LMS this afternoon, a PM DFS-194, and an Airfix F. C Land rover, both with 10% discount, and a Revell weathering set, seen as I am doing some armour at the moment. The land rover will belong to the RAF, and the DFS-194, a captured aircraft.
