Before I receive the Boeing 390 kit I have ordered today ( https://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php?topic=46654.0 ), there may be several weeks. So, waiting, I plan to decrease my stock of spare parts into an airplane or an object or an animal/machine compound like dear Ericr showed us ( https://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php?topic=37003.0 ). A long time ago, I built a Grumman Sparecat ( https://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php/topic,46388.0.html ), now this is the Republic Thunderspare.
With 8 parts from the Unicraft kit of Boulton-Paul P.79b ( https://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php?topic=46551.0 ), 4 pylon sets from Zvezda kits, 1 fin (or wing tip) of unknown source,

The "thing" is taking shape, with its 4 half wings (without lift profile, ahem) and a push-pull layout. Maybe I will add 4 double legs like an insect, I will see.

Bone surgery (with plastic sprues) by Pr Frankenplein (myself), to build the pod that will be above the 8 legs:

Sometimes, but only sometimes PSR can be strangely relaxing if you get into a rhythm with it. But mostly it's a p.i.a.
