Your treatment sounds similar to the one I went through. Lu-177 isotope in combination with a dotatate to carry it to the cancer cells. It worked pretty well for me. Four treatments spread out over about five months. The only after effects were fatigue over the following couple of days. Being isolated is probably the worst of it.

This makes me realise how lucky I was with my post-operative cancer treatment. Six consecutive Tuesdays spending 7 hours each day having intravenous Domestos (or whatever) infused and then  a two minute blast of  targeted radiotherapy every day for six weeks. That was over 7 years ago and I'm still here annoying you all  and confusing the taxman, so it seems to have worked.

I'd like to think that other people's  treatments will be at least as successful as mine seem to have been.

So VERY true, specially with the current band of 'I've got a degree' people, but who have NO experience of the real world at all.

And even then, one must be leery about how they got their degree.  I work in CPS handling travel and reimbursements, and, as my boss put it one day while we were criticizing both sides of our agency (the C suite and field staff): "Do you have at least a 1.75 GPA and want to work with kids and and families?  Come on down, we've got a job for you!"

Back at home again. And it is lovely, even if I have to admit this session went about as good as one could have wished for. Being on sick leave for a bit, I intend to get those missiles sorted, finally, meaning that I should be able to activate finally complete the five Drakens, and also the Lansen interceptor. To tick off the three dark Lansens, I will need to build and paint quite a few ECM pods, but then that might be my next step, perhaps. We'll see.

Scrolling a bit on Instagram tonight, I found a few more "war base" shots, so just for the sake of it, I'll post the odd one. Let's start off with a J35D Draken being towed from the rear maintenance area (BAKOM) towards the forward turnaround station (FRAMOM) probably some time in the early 1970's.

Just popping in to say hi, really.  I am alive, but a bit worn out from the radiation treatment, and also somewhat overrun by work when coming back las Monday. But now, it's weekend, and the weather is quite summery, meaning we're now into the living rather than merely surviving part of the year. Nice...

Not really having even looked at anything modelling related for a week plus, I came across a bit of AI slop on the webz the other day. And as I found it a bit amusing, I thought I'd share it with you.
