they are in 2 parts each, have the bottoms flattened and bulged for weight and are keyed on the face where they attach to the shafts so they go on that way easily ( i would say they will only go on one way, but, you know that is just challenging Murphy and the fates    )
there is evidence of thought going into the design of the parts,
