Pass ???

The round-ish 'growth spots'...  ;)

That, or the water you're using for the transfers badly needs replacing...  ;D

I did wonder if the reference was to the 187, but wasn't sure ?

Yes, the "smoke rings".

Well, that one obviously went wide of the mark!  :banghead:  :banghead:  :banghead:

Oh, good grief!  :banghead:  :banghead:  :banghead:  :banghead:

It becomes even more embarrassing when you know that I have a Fw.187 in the stash, directly behind me as I type, which is in line to (maybe) be built (fairly) soon!     :banghead:

Quote from: NARSES2 on May 30, 2026, 05:06:28 AMI now need to start assembling the 98. Now yes I know I've painted it, but the fit is so good that I was able to paint the fuselage and booms separately. Made painting/masking the booms in particular so much easier.

Now we just pray that the paint hasn't messed with the fit.

I've been very, very careful to avoid mating services, but prayers will still be said before I start assembly  ;) But it made the booms so much easier to paint.

A little bit of scrapping here and there and it all went together beautifully

Be on pause for a couple of weeks or so now as I'm travelling
