Yep, its 10am and the IPMS have sorted out the issues with the enormous queues as well - in previous years you wouldn't actually get in before 11am.

Having said that, they now actually let non-members into the refreshments hall before 10am, and there are some stands in there for you to browse whilst awaiting entry to the venue proper.

Looks like this years Telford is going to be a classic one, especially with Jennings and Scooter coming over the pond as well. I am so bloody angry at having to miss it this year!!

QuoteGood man......all weekend?

Looking forward to all this,  and putting the finishing touches to the Crusader Spitfire VB (1/48th) at the moment. I'm also wondering if I have time to build a "jousting" helicopter? I've not got anything in 1/72nd (yet) so will be on the look out for one (or two) when I'm in Cardiff. Obviously the Cobra springs to mind.
:drink:  if you do a cobra i do a opponent  :drink:

A Cobra in Crusader markings (1/72nd) on the way!!

Should we do a "missing man" flypast for Lancer

Not sure if I've the time to make a 1/48th Harrier GR.3 (as I've already one in the stash) but you never know....it'd be in flight mode anyway, and in Crusader colours would look quite bright
The "lance", of course, is mounted at an angle, and is made of a breakable, easily fractured material....unless Sir Narses is involved

Shame, Lance.

I guarantee I'll do a "Missing Man-Lancer" round the stand, or even the hall which ever Hall we're in.
Most regard me as having several screws missing, never mind loose, and with the purple hair I'll do you proud.
