Ive finaly finished the BAC 1-11

and ive also been working on this.......

Its called the kamov Projext X, a compound helicopter useing an LI 2.
The model is based on a drawing i saw on Overscans site, ive also seen photos of a windtunnel model since starting this beast.

Italeri C-47 with KP Mil 8 engine pod with the couling off an Airfix Ka 25 bolted onto the back. the drive shaft id off a Revell Ka 52 and the blades came from an italeri CH-47
I always hope for the best.

QuoteI still want a P.1216.
PM in bound Tom.

Heres what she looks like fully booted and suited.

And heres another one ive been working on along with the P1216.  The P1184 super GR 3. this is based on a 3 view in British secret projects- Bombers. in full wraparound and lugging 7 CBU's plus over wing winders and the usual gun pods

And theres yet more to come....................
I always hope for the best.

Martin,

Can you post a number of pics please of the P.1216 from different angles so I can get a good idea how to build mine.  Just from the couple you've already posted I'm getting the idea.

Thanks

Robert
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

extra photos on the way over Robert.

latest from the production line.

The pre concept for the P1127 here. notice the u/c. and the back end, something a little more simple shape wise than the P1127 we now know and love. BTW that a Mk61 nuke hanging on the center line pylon as the military P1127 was intended as as a nuclear strike a/c in the first place. base kit was the old airfix P1127 and a lot of filler.
I always hope for the best.
