NöNöBärs's What-If Flugwerft (WIP: Ukranian Panavia Tornado)

Seems as if many components of this kit are well-intentioned but poorly executed. Have to see how I fix it, but later.

That's a typical trait of some modern Revell molds. Similar cases are the 1:72 Me 262 and the F4U.

The Tornado now stands on its own wheels. And I added enough weight to the nose. With all that went wrong so far, I would not be surprised if it would not been enough.

Anyway, next will be some smaller details on the nose section before I try to re-attach the stabilizers.

The stabilizers are now added, so I hope the do not break again



The pylons are now fixed, so only one wing position is possible. Adding the payload, starting with some Sidewinders.



And the decals finally have arrived

Tanks, ECM pods, Sidewinders have benn added. The only thing that is missing are the Taurus cruise missles.




As I did not like the prviois ones, I made some new ones. Look better now. Printed, now they need to be painted.

The new Taurus cruise missiles are now ready and are mounted at the Tornado.
