Amazing they had actually started building the first prototype, under direct orders to, despite Reimar Horten saying it was not yet ready for prime time.
What's the story with the zigzag LE paint scheme?
Cheers.

interesting store in the weapons bay. Good imagination of what things may have looked like.

Nicely done.

That construction of the H XVIIIA had begun is a myth, the development contract wasn't
awarded until 12 March 1945. Most of the work was done postwar, in late 1945 the RAE set
him up at Göttingen to work on the H VXIII concept and to develop concepts for airliners.
The British lost interest and released him at the end of 1946.

What Horten and crew had started to secretly build was a prototype of the H XIII 60º
swept-wing supersonic fighter, the concept had been flight tested with a glider. Horten
diverted funds intended for the H IX (229).

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.
