Looking at the floor plan, my idea of a three wheeler is doable. One for the future project list.

Wardukw

I'm still actively looking for one of these ,,i know Kit's is gonna look very cool ..i want mine to look very stupid
Or just a variation on a cool custom car ,,but finding ,,thats gonna be the thing ,,oh well ,,such is the world .
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

- The render is complete.
- A little ostentatious, don't you think?
- What was I thinking? You're usually so discreet.
- Tell you what. Throw a little hotrod red in there.
- Yes, that should help you keep a low profile. The render is complete.

Kit's inner monologue...
"If you've never seen an elephant ski, then you've never been on acid."

Actually there won't be any hotrod red on the Growler, well, not the main body colours anyway. They're planned to major on yellow and black.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Front-wheel drive Miller/Cord/Citroen style with the engine behind the transaxle.
;D
V-8, I-8 or I-6. The last a turbosupercharged Nissan type.

zenrat

Or, front wheel drive Olds/Cadillac style with the engine sitting on top of the transaxle...

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

I'm thinking stupid but not un-doable even in the RW ,,well one thought was a massive blown big block but then the twisted side of my noggin thought which would be say 16 cylinders and 4 turbos orrr 12 cylinders and 2 huge turbos .
It would mean adding some length to  the car but i dont think it would be that much

V12.  Use the AMT Parts Pack Allison V1710 and keep the Prowler kit transaxle.  Just tell us it has new bulletproof Whiffium internals.
Four turbos I think, plus the supercharger it already has.   ;D

The Prowler's 'nose' would need extending by a factor of THREE to do that I reckon! I have a couple of those Allison V12s in The Loft, I may just try and see how long it would need to be!

A quick "thumb and finger" eyeball exercise suggests to me that the V12 is approx 3 times longer than the V6.  Not too long a stretch.  And you'd not want a bonnet covering it would you...

Maybe, a big hood scoop to feed that hungry V12 at the very least. How many velocity stacks would it need? Or maybe just one GIANT one!

I happen to have a 24th scale Merlin engine knocking about and that could have 4 turbos mounted to it

I have one of them too, mounted in the back of a Chevy van driving the rear wheels through a V-drive! Oh yes, and the exhausts go out through the roof!  ;D

No WAY would it fit in a Prowler though.
