Right ,,I've been playing with this thing again ... just working on the radiator and engine details more ..along with the exhaust system and air filter ...I've also been working on the engine cover and side panels too .
Here's a swag of pic's .
First off the winch pulley system i'm using for this ,,still a heap more details to go here yet .

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

Fred, and I, would put a blower on that engine, just because.  ;D  ;)

 ;D  ;D  ;D
Thanks Lads
Strange ya mention turbos ,,this engine in its original layout had a turbo but not the sort of turbo you'd recognize if ya didn't know large tank engines ,,it looks more like the supercharger you see on a  Merlin V12 aircraft engine ,,so yeah it wasn't going to work on this .
And i don't have any 35th large diesel engine turbos  <_<
I have a few more pics for you lot ,,i did more work later yesterday afternoon as i wanted to see how she'd look with her engine cover in place along with the muffler for the exhaust .
First off how the engine compartment is looking from above ... an yep ,,still alot more work to go in there yet .

Not sure if i'll be doing anything with this today ,,i've got the lower trailing arm bushes to replace on a mates Nissan  Terrano to do ..i did the top ones only to discover his bottom ones were knackered too .
Oh well ,, more good Nolathane red goodness going into is suspension ..which is never a bad thing

Agree wholeheartedly!

And I like the reuse of runner sections - an often overlooked resource.

That's some insane work there. Are those green pipes made of sprue?

That is some beautiful work, Phill! How do you cut the styrene so cleanly? How did you make the curced sections of the roof edges? They're so smooth and even.
