Why you big dummies ought to try readin' a post or two, instead of just lookin' at the purdy pictures !

There's already one, in which the Nevster is building these birds, going on over at ARC !

Since I don't own a digicam yet, images of my entry plus my ineligible F-20A can be found here.  Hope this gives you guys plenty of ideas.

Painted up the wee soldier dudes as supplied by Captain Canada  :tank:

The plastic they were made of was really soft, so cleaning up the mold-lines was a real PITA.  In the end I did the best I could, but the more observant will probly spot a ridge here and there.

And painting woodland camo on 1/72 figures is really hard!!!  Didn't help the the brown I used for the Khaki colour is too dark  :dum:

The really, really observant will notice that I've switched around the wing pylons.  Someone on ARC pointed out that I had glued the outboard pylons inboard and vice-versa

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Captain Canada

Man...the more I look at those little dudes, Nev...the better they lget ! Just look at their wee hands on the M-16s.

Are you sure I can't send you the whole lot for paining ? I'll buy you a beer !

Thanks Toddster.  I'm no master when it comes to painting figures, buy if you'd like to paint a few for you that would be no problem - consider it payment for sending me the figures in the first place

Oh, and the F-20 and the diorama are finished  :tank:  I'll take some pictures outside later (if it doesn't rain).

My first attempt at doing a piece of runway myself.  Not brilliant, but OK for a first effort I reckon  :tank:
