S&M RAF Gan Stalwart reef rescue vehicles - 2 x Stalwart kits, plus Resin rescue kit and decals

Do S&M do the rescue bits themselves or are they from another vendor please?

A set like that would work a treat on the Stolly I'm building as an amphibious tug for my Monterey.

That set is not on their website yet, and I am rather interested.
So like Kit I am very interested to know a bit more.

I can quite understand why you wanted one of these. Ever since I flew in one, the "TUPPENY TRIDENT"  has been a favourite of mine.

A pity the Airfix 72nd Islander is long gone, although examples do turn occasionally - I've found two recently for Willie.  Civil and military releases.

Just bought a Big Plane Kits 1/72 737-200 in Canadian North markings. It comes with the 'gravel kit' that is installed on the 737-200s 'up north'

Scalemates lists a 1/72 Trislander under Vami Models.  Unfortunately no longer in production...   :banghead:

Making one from an Islander is a big job, I think you need THREE kits to do it properly.  :o

It can be done with two kits. I did one many years ago. The one bit of info that I did not have then was the drooped LE on the wing between the engine pods and the fuselage.
It was done in Loganair markings, and it was last seen hanging from the ceiling of the bar in the Glasgow Flying Club's clubhouse.

I got one at Telford from an overseas (Dutch?) trade stall who mostly did ships. Wasn't cheap mind you, but it was bearable.
