The lights dim......., another 50p is placed into the meter and then the lights come back on again.....!!

A lone figure stands at the front of the stage, mic in hand looking into the darkness ahead. His black polo shirt with a Tiger motif on the left breast side identifies this individual as tc2324, your Whiffie Award host............

`Ladies and gentleman,  welcome to the 2017 Whiffie Awards show. We have a another great awards to share with you and hopefully some surprises when announcing the winners. ]
According to the Cambridge dictionary, the meaning of `What If` is described as ` used to ask about something that could happen in the future, especially something bad`.
While an element of this is true, we at the Academy would rather suggest that what if is best described as an `Adventure within an individual`s mind, tinged with a hint of genius, melted in a pot of madness`. (Of course in the Academy`s case we tend to brew it all in a lot of Jack Daniels before and after).
Fundamentally the what if fraternity is a strange collection of open mined modelers and artists who wish to share their creations with other like-minded modelers and it is an honor to be able to showcase the best of the  years efforts here.

I`d also like to mention two points of note to the viewers at home, please wait until all the results are posted before comment on this thread and I`d like to say a big `Feck you very much Photobucket` for their recent outstanding assistance in spoiling the show in some instances.... )
