Also have a couple knocking around, Airfix or Revell

I know for definite I've a couple of 'Testors easybuilder luftwaffe bf 109'.

Sorry can I politely say no to these - I need them on legs and I don't want to do too much cutting and swearing.

Kingkit have loads of them, from £2.99.(Revell G-10 pre owned, £3.99 brand new)

Already had six from him - I like the one price postage ! I will be re-visiting him to fill the gaps.

Once again thank you.

Strangely I have no 109s.

I know what you mean I have no Spitfires or Hurricanes - and I don't think I have ever made a Hurricane kit, certainly not in the last thirty years anyway.

Thank you my good friend 5 spanking new (well new to my collection) 109's 3 F's and an E and a K.

Made a decision last night - this could get out of hand ! Current count is 43 kits (two won on ebay last night, an E and a G) So have decided to stop purchasing when I reach one hundred and nine kits !

Glad to be of hel :thumbsup:p, and it reduced my stash, which helps with SWMBO as I can honestly say I have less kits now ;D ;D

  50 up

Bungle switches one to the boundary and holds his bat taking in the applause from the crowd. The umpire looks on as Nares2 trudges back to his mark stuffing fivers into his pockets.

51 109s not out..... bring it on.

Gondor

I might be able to provide one Hasegawa G in its old box though I will send it via OGL or whoever is at the Glasgow show as I am sure that speed of delivery will not be an issue here.

Thank you Sir Gondor,

I reckon you've got a week until I finish the other 50.  ;D

PR19_Kit

So much for my mental stock-taking, it seems I only have two of them.  :banghead:

One's the Matchbox 109-E and the other is the Pegasus Merlin engine variant, but it's missing a prop blade.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

A quick update on things. 2 wins on Ebay (2 x Es), 4 from an online shop at reasonable prices (1 x E, 3 x G) and two from the mighty PR19_Kit (1 x E and a Buchon).

That reminds me I'm also after all the derivatives Me 209, 309, 609, C-199, CS-199, Buchon's and FiSk's. Not sure if I will delve into the Mistels though - not enough shelf space.

A mate has tried to help out by giving me a Brengun "Messerspit" - That's the spitfire with a Daimler engine. Not sure if this counts to the collection.

Anyway total up to 59 (I'm outscoring the English cricketers !).

One that won't be added is this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/REVELL-1-72-SCALE-MESSERSCHMITT-BF-109-E-4-PLASTIC-MODEL-PLANE-KIT-NIB-04679-/110743545858?hash=item19c8d46802  ok $11.97 (£7.64) seems fair but $51.15  (£32.65) postage (hand carried) seems excessive !

Leading Observer

Have you thought about the radial engine 109X ?
