Understood, Jeff.
Life can be a buggar at times.
The weather, of course, has a major input on what we can do.....and of course, there's family , friends and dare I say it.....work!
Luckily, my "work" is fairly non-intrusive. In fact, I often use the time there like others to work out ideas. And, I'm only there for 15 hours a week anyway!

Then, of course, family and friends have varying demands.
Good luck with the profiles, and all trhe best with that Italeri Spit, it's a beauty.

Well then, one "Reaper Vb" built, another will be ready for joining it on the spraying table on Tuesday.

The SE5A...sorry, GIDEON Ib....is ready for a silver spray, or should I hand-paint a camo jobby? No, silver with heraldic insignia I think.
I'm waiting for Hannants to deliver some blue-outlined Portuguese insignia for the basis of the Templar insignia.

BTW, some of the Portuguese and Spanish orders in Medieval times had green crosses! An interesting variation?

What next....well, the "Angel" needs working on....something of a gradual build while I complete other projects....and I've a hankering for some armour.

How about a Leopard 2A6 or whatever....that big modern German thingy (got one in the loft, 1/35th) as a Teutonic Knight "Afrika korps" tank striking deep into Saracen territory towards the Nile? :D A possibility

Or, I might do a quicky based on a Mercedes 1904 Racer as a Crusader recce vehicle

Failing that, I loved the idea of the SPAD in suitable Teutonic markings, all heavily weathered, metalled, worn, battered, additional armour plating, open cockpit??

Did I say my Reaper Vbs sported open cockpits?? Oh, they WILL be bright! :D  :D

By the way, let's not forget all the various other aircraft possible...typhoon, Tempest, Sea Fury...bloody anything. Who cares!!

I shall have enormous fun. At least FOUR will be finished by the AVON SHOW chaps as there's no bloody rigging.

NARSES2

And the Revell F-16A with the fantastic Belgian AF coomemorative Spitfire markings has a wacking great ball and chain on the underside (no not my ex)

Chris
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Radish

Yeah, the MiG-29 is certainly wonderful.
Perhaps I should try to add a Saracen sesquiplane.
Off rockin' tonight, so something to think about in the car.
The donor kit needs to be 1/48th, cheap and obtainable.
I haven't painted my SEsqui-5A yet, so that could be a possibility, although I really fancy it in Crusader colours.

I need to think about this one!!

Would ground support vehicles consist of Volvo XC-90's called Benedicts?

How about an air cavalry unit consisting of DH-2's in 1917(?) aiding in the Battle of Meggido, an event that caused many in the west to mis-believe the Battle of Armageddon had begun..................

Templar colors of course  B)
