The squadron patch looks to belong to 43 Squadron 'Fighting Cocks' which also happens to be the squadron of the F-16 in the film, not 19 Squadron as seen on the model. Sorry.

Ah, now........there is a reason for this..................... I didn't have any black and white checkers, soooooooooooo, it got the blue ones, which are too big as well. Like I said in the original post, its not perfect but close  :D
