Wooksta,
I am building the He 219 as part of a Nightfighter group build on another forum so the radar will have to stay on this model.
This old Revell kit is the one that has the ''detailed engines'' in it, those so called engines look more like blocks of plastic to me, I built this kit many years ago when I was in grade school and am building this one so I re-live my very early modeling days.
I have two Revell Ar 240C kits and plan on building one of them as a daytime Zerstorer and the other as the nightfighter OOB. The Revell Ar 240C kit is a new mold modern kit and looks great in the box, good detail and fine recessed panel lines, the decals are rather suspect and would not even consider using them.

Leigh,
ARC is a good choice for upsetting 109 fans, however Hyperscale is ground zero for those who worship the mighty 109 and 190. My advice to you if you post pics on Hyperscale of a 109 that has been given the ''what-if'' treatment is to post your pics quickly and enter the witness protection program to get a new identity. Some of those people can be mean! :D

Do you ever build stuff for "the good guys"?  Would be cool to see some USAAF Meteors, or maybe some allied troops advancing across your airfields - given that Tamiya are now releasing a whole slew of 1/48 military stuff.

nev,
Not very many at this site build the German stuff so I will stick to building those subjects so I can play the role of the bad guy. :D

I have spent a large amount of money over the last few years on many books about Luftwaffe camouflage and Luft'46 designs and don't really want to spend more money building up a reference library about the Allied stuff.

When I was very young and started making models I always favored kits of the German WWII stuff and have even more interest in the subject nowdays.

Great Job Matrix, both in the building and in the Photoworks. You always make them look like real ones, taken at the time the aircraft where in service.
