He could be in a Pixar movie!

Maybe a Prequel... and if they come out with one, you'll know where their AI ScriptBot got the idea... and I'm not too sure I'm joking...  :-\  ;)

Ooooh.... they used to fly over my school all the time. Not sure if they're "old" enough in those schemes from when I remember them though.

Nice they chose Joey to be one of them, but then it almost chose itself I guess.  ;D

The Aurigny schemed G-BEPH flee in that scheme from the late eighties. They operated older machines in the same scheme, you'd just need to find registration codes. The Steeple schemed Aurigny machine is from the mid nineties.

Definitely an auto include. It's low enough to tickle it under the chin!

I'm amazed it took someone so long to do the TrisLander. Airfix already had half the job done, if they did but think about it, after all!

On the other Mikro-Mir projects, I hadn't a clue about the Project Pluto missile so Googled it.....

What WERE they thinking of?  :banghead:  :banghead:

And they actually bult and ran TWO of those radiation spewing engines out in the desert too! They had to be totally certifiable.

We even had a similar project in the UK, the Avro Z.59. Rather than dropping multiple warheads, it was more of a conventional cruise missile but had a similar nuclear ramjet with a dirty exhaust plume.

It was the 50s.  If we couldn't beat the damned Ruskies, we're gonna take everyone else with us!  I wouldn't be surprised if some of the folks at EA and LucasArts looked at Project Pluto and decided to adapt the concept to Operation Cinder (and canonized in The Mandalorian)

I worked with some rad techs who worked cleaning up the project pluto test site.  They were finding core material sprayed out over the site, not just crapped up material.  But bits of the core.Yep, it would set civilization back a fair bit if ever deployed.
