QuoteWhat ? You won with that piece of junk ? Geez...they'll hand anybody a prize these days, eh ? Are you sure you weren't the only entrant ? And I guess the excuse for that 144th scale one was that it was too small to see all your screw-ups !

:P

All kidding aside, congratulations ! Beauty job on that Voodoo. Maybe you could build me a few CDN ones that well, eh ? Very nicely finished, with some subtle panel line wash........looks like the real thing. Great job on getting the decals to lay down so well also.

I bet that if you would have finished your Sabre in RCAF colours, it would have gathered you another first place plaque ! Just something to remember for next time !

And no problem with the decals, pal...that's what we're here for !

No, I just had a multitude of tiny, tiny screwups!:P

As for the RCAF ones, well, some one will have to come out with a better 101B than that Revell kit, it is certainly a royal pain in the A    !!!!

I like the idea of a RCAF Sabre, I have to check for decals.

Thanks

Nice tag line....I've only seen the Al-vis camo on a Chipmunk!

The Rat

Very nice! Always loved the 101, as purposeful looking as a Phantom but much prettier. And I love almost anything in 144, they just look so cutesy-wutesy... Sorry guys, couldn't help it.  ^_^

Dear Markm, your Sabre was ALuminium colour, this was AL-vis somehow, no? :D Dear Alvis, do you agree?

Very nice work indeed on both.
