I'm not sure I'd bother extending the middle tail as I'm not at all certain that would be necessary.  If I did, I'd likely just use the same size tail as the two-seat bird and avoid any problems (alternatively, using three of those larger fins should more than work for a twin A-10).

I saw that.  MiG 23-7 did the same thing.  I was wondering why the larger one was put in in the first place.  Emayerle is probably right though.

(Belated) clapping hands!!! (at least 4 hands at a time from me...)
And I am so happy you don't care about sad Reality issues, let you dream freely, and let us appreciate fully... :D
According to me, you should keep on the same shelf both Twin-A-10, the manned little twin driving its big twin baby, without opened eyes. :wacko:  :P

The single pilot is another possibility, completing the family: zero-one-two :)

Very nice ... and then maybe with "only" three engines in the middle between the two fuselages ! ... and one fuselage with Radaor or an internal FLIR-sensor and ... or like in the suggested "B"-version the FLIR-pos in the gear-pods !

My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last forever; I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now; put out every one:
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the woods:
For nothing now can ever come to any good.
