Welcome aboard Bruce.  I see a major problem with your model...you are going to work very hard to top it!!!!!  What a heck of an intro.  That thing is absolutely gorgeous!   :wub:

The nose looks SO right, and the various fins and winglets are awesome.

I've been thinking hard about a Mars Colony fighter to go with an assault ship I built a few months ago...your design looks "alien" enough that it has me thinking of gathering the various unbuilt AV8B/GR.5s in the attic and going to work with the razor saw.  I'll be sure to credit the design to you if I do!

After further ogling of this model, it also reminds me a little of the obviously HArrier-inspired VTOL transport in the movie "Contact".

Now that is a cool project!  I really like the overall design of the Loki!

First off, welcome to the loony bin Bruce, you'rew goon fit in real well.  Now onto the Loki, all I can say is  JESUS CHRIST!!!WHAT A GORGEOUS LOOKING AIRCFAFT Simply stunning, and it looks soooooo right. Your build article, like Rad says, is far superior to some I have seen in the magazines! I also love the splinter cammo and your backstory is simply fantastic.
