All my planes are in-flight...so I needed my Johnny pilot to be nicely painted and promoted to the near-future. A piece of paper stuck to his face and coloured with metallic green gel pen did the trick!
(I strapped him in with masking tape harness, as you do, and kept checking that he wasn't too tall for the canopy);

Made a stand, streaking wet paint to give an impression of speed, using the same colours as I used for the camo.

Time to add the weapons;
Paveway II's and Mavericks for the underwing stores...plus a pair of 'Winders for the over wing pylons.

And Bobs your Grannys other son.

And that's it.
I did this originally as a bit of fun over at the Airfix web site, as a Whatiffery Group Build, hence the Step-by-Step format.
From what I've seen in here, a lot of what I've done is like teaching several old biddies the art of sucking ova. However, for anyone new to whatiffery wanting to have a go from scratch, the Loki is easily copied.

Of course, having done it once, I could do better next time. ;)

(Thanks to Thorvic for the encouragement to post my effort in here...I hope you like it).

Regards,
Bruce
