I first thought it was some member of the BQM-34 Firebee drone family but the tail and wing platform is all wrong........

This is a very interesting image that you have posted here.  What was the original image size?  I get the impression that you have cropped it down to just show this particular portion.  If that is the case, can you post the original image?  Sometimes there is more supporting information to be obtained within the original image that would allow for better analysis and perhaps provide an answer as to what that particular aircraft is by determining the country of origin.

Analysis of the image/subject, you must consider the following criteria:

Size of object/subject
Shape of object/subject
Surroundings of the subject/object
Shadow(s) created by the subject/object
Settings/situation of the subject/object

If it looks like a duck.  And it is sitting with a bunch of other ducks.  And these ducks are all floating on a pod.  Then it must be a duck...

The original image would also allow for determination of the size of the object.  From what you have posted I can only determine that it has two drop tank or bomb shapes under the wings and very close to the fuselage.  This alone tells me that it might be devoid of landing gear and could indeed be a target drone or reconnaissance drone of some kind.  So if you can, post the original image or provide a link to it so a better analysis can be made.

For some reason I'm seeing something that looks like a Harrier?

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid

Definitely looks like a drone to me. What I'm guessing are booster rockets paired above/below the wings, and what I'd swear is a 12" Tiny Tim rocket on the ventral centerline. The pods on the wing trailing edges are almost surely tracking flares.

Got no idea what it's called, or where it's from though.......

Yeah, it looks AV8A-ish (those extensions on the wing tips).  But that nose looks too sharp for the AV8A....Does the Yak FORGER have wheels on the wing tips like the AV8A?  What's with the stuff under and on top of the wings?

Wings are too small for a Harrier, even an AV8A

Perhaps one of the Harrier prototypes (P1127 or Kestrel or preceeding models)?

Nope, the aspect ratio and planform of the wings is all wrong for an P.1127 variation.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Its got to be british (or british influenced).  Can't think of anyone else who mounts stores on top of the wings.

The missile type things look like they could be boosters and the things on the trailing edges possibly tracking flares

The original image does allow for more details of the aircraft to be revealed.  I now see that there is something attached to the rear of this aircraft that appears pod like in shape.  There are other features that were not observed in the darker image that look like jet engine exhausts in shape along the side of the fuselage and the attachment of the pod like objects appears now to be duplicated on both the top and bottom of the wings.  It is still very difficult to determine what country made this thing or its intended purpose.  I would still lean towards this thing being some kind of target drone now since the things on the wings do look like some kind of target flare for tracking purposes for heat seeking missiles or for tracking the object from the ground by observation/evaluation cameras.
