Douglas DC-3/C-47 Skytrain/Dakota builds

My first finished 1/72 Douglas Maritime Dakota. This was entered for a GB build based on the Italeri C-47 Skytrain with parts from a Avro Shackleton MR.3 and spares. DM 206. The propellers have been cut to fit.

Already mentioned elsewhere the Douglas Gremlin GRA.1 'Douglas Barder'. Started as the 1/72 Li-2NB kit but due to fitting errors made by me ended up with another Italeri C-47 and spare parts.


The Conroy Trimotor Turbo at the time that I started this build I didn't know that there was a 1/72 model kit available. The Aeroclub white metal Avro Shackleton exhaust pipes came in very handy but there's some damage to the landing gear. Got some spare parts to fix it.
