Yep, I've had a look and have a J-22 as well   

edit - Checked and Iran was going to buy 48 IAR-93B's in1988 as they had problems maintaining their western aircraft. The contract was for 24 ex-Romanian A.F. planes and 24 new builds. Minimum changes except to IFF, radios etc. Contract was cancelled at the end of the Iran/Iraq war. So more a Project cancelled than a wif.

Mauritania also wanted 6 modified for MR/Economic Zone patrol. So if you fancy an over water scheme

They remind me of the Su-25 in the attack role. It makes sense for Iran to get these in a way despite their pro western stance.
