Having assessed where I am today I have to accept that it won't get done in a week.  Please move it.

I'll finish it, but it might move outside the parameters of the GB.

Painting continues, got to buy better brushes. Windows changed to silver acrylic paint. Paint schemes changed.

Woohoo! The roofers have left! I can now paint outside without risk of them damaging stuff or the dust and dirt from the work screwing things up. Thanks for the extension!

WRT the proposed Tiger force heavy bomber scheme of White over Black.  Does anyone know if there were to be roundels on the undersides of the wings?

We've had this discussion a few times on site, and never managed to come to a definitive answer  . Paul Lucas wrote an article on Tiger Force Lancasters in the December 2018 copy of SAM. I just have to find it

Don't worry if you can't find it Chris.  It's a whiff and i'm changing the Black for a blue anyway.  So it's a nice to know not a must know.

Well, I'm not finishing in time for this one! The Saro has been sat on the bench basically done minus the wing floats and decals and life just seems to have gotten in the way. (Mind you, I also haven't done any of the things I needed to do that aren't model related, so god knows what I have been doing!)

Seriously, everyone.  Well done if you finished, shame if you didn't but please do continue your builds.  I've awarded myself a one month extension for my non-GB Hellcat and Barracuda, btw!
