Spotted this on my 'news' feed today. One of the only two WB-57s left made a wheels up landing in Texas y'day. But look how gentle the pilot put her down! Superb piece of flying there, and the crew walked away.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

This proves (if such proof were ever needed) that the Canberra is a tough old bird!   First flew May 1949 and still flying over 75 years later ,   that's an even longer life than the B52 (first flew April 1952)

One also had a landing accident a couple years ago and has been in storage IIRC. Perhaps they can refurbish that one again. It had some landing gear damage.
