1 x QuickBoost 1/48 Blackburn Buccaneer S.2 Wipers for Airfix kit (QB49219) - still need another set
1 x QuickBoost 1/48 Blackburn Buccaneer S.2 Control Lever for Airfix kit (QB49218) - still need another set

1 x Metallic Details 1/48 Wright R-1820 Cyclone Late Radial Engine (MED-MDR4853) - for anything but Grumman Trackers!
1 x FC Model Trend 1/35 Ferret Weighted Wheels (FC-37244) - still need another set
1 x Trumpeter 1/48 Westland Whirlwind Fighter (TR 02890) - that makes 2 in the stash (in 1/48, there's the 1/72 kit, too)
1 x Academy 1/35 USMC UH-1Y Venom Medium Utility Helicopter (AC 12138) - one can never have enough UH-1s!
1 x Brengun 1/72 Czech Letov S4A Late Biplane Fighter (BRE-BRS72023) - for my Czech kit collection, which will hopefully become builds, one day ... Like everything else.
1 x Sova-M 1/72 Spain/ Chili Air Force SHU-16B Albatross Flying Boat (SVM-72036) - may find its way into the Antipodes GB, if I finish my 1st build in time

Great looking helo and i agree, one can never have enough of those and the AH-1Z also but for me it had to be in 1/48 or 1/72 so i went with the Kittyhawk and Dream Model kits. I just wish that someone comes out with correct crew figures in both scales for both helos sometime soon cause i want to build one of them.

I have a few 1/48 helicopters - for my "Virtual RAN Fleet Air Arm Museum" - including a UH-1C, a Bristol Sycamore & a Westland Sea King ... I'm still trying to figure out the best Westland Wessex to convert into a RAN HAS 31A/B (probably a HAS.1 or HAS.3), the problem being finding either in any scale, let alone 1/48. Of course, an in-production 1/48 Westland Scout and Bell 206/OH-58 Kiowa would be nice, too.

I also wonder why there's such lack of modern kits of those and more. I'd love to have a good 1/32 MD-500D and a Jet Ranger, both with their taller skids, to build Col. Cochrane's Little Bird and Frank Murphy's Astro Division Jet Ranger.
AMP should do more variants of their 1/48 Gazelle and even downsize it to 72nd scale... A modern injection molded 1/72 SA-330 Puma kit would also be very welcome, especially of later variants.
The Jet Ranger/Kiowa A/B/C in 1/48 and 1/72 would also be nice to have. Fujimi kits are old toolings and OOP, and the Italeri OH-58 kits are all more recent but currently also OOP, IIRC.
Maybe ICM will come out with more variants of their AH/MH-6 kit... some MD-500 variants would also be nice to have in 1/48 and 1/72 too.

There was the 1/72 Italeri OH-6 Little Bird, but I've not seen one in a while...

I got some Craft Acrylics in generic Greens from an Emporium that is, sadly, closing down.
Good generic colours, and at 2-3 times the size of a Vallejo bottle, for 1/3 the price, very good value.
I just have to try them out, but there have been a few articles on using them for models, which apparently works ok.
I just have to do a bit of mixing, should I want a specific shade.

I keep getting a "502 Bad Gateway" alert ... But looking at the URL it's for ScaleMates &, yep, I've looked there. Unfortunately none of the (especially) HAS.3 kits are in production at the moment.

I'd have to buy a HAS.1 kit, too, as the HAS 31s are a half-way house between the two.

Thanks for trying, though!   <_<

I remember there were once some 1/72 soldered Brass high-skids for the Jet Ranger, at OZMODELS... long ago now, and they never returned.

If my soldering skills weren't non-existent, I'd do that for the Jet Rangers and Gazelle-derivative models I plan... sadly, super glue will have to do.

So far today, I have collected from a parcel collection point. Time 17:11.

1 x 1/72 KP Avia B.21. This was going to be my One Week Group Build, not many parts in it and the radiator has a darn BIG sink mark right in the middle of it.

1 x 1/72 Revell 03754 Junkers Ju290A-5/7. For a project I have in mind, which requires some bits on their way from Germany.

18:15

1 x 1/72 Xtradecal X72059 TSR2 Part 1 hand delivered by a nice young chap who lives locally and is selling off part of his stash.

19:30

From Hannants

1 x 1/72 Airfix AX08022 Junkers Ju52/3mg4e

1 x 1/72 AZ model AZ 7885 Junkers EF128E-1

I just picked up the new Schimmwagon from Tamiya at my club meeting. We are having a club GB using it as a base. One guy has installed a sub scale blown hemi. I'm thinking of the shiny black limo from the Addams Family movies. I think it was actually green but I'm going with black like the Munsters hot rod. I ordered a supposedly chrome paint pen for all the small shiny parts.

The wheels and tires come in six pieces. There's the wheel and sidewalls as one piece and five pieces of tread to be glued onto that. The assembled part looks really good but there can be a slight gap by the time you glue on the last piece of tread. I say make that piece touching the ground and you're good to go. I don't know if these tires are bigger than others. It did say something about it uses the wider tire the vehicle was supposed to have.

Collected today but sent from eBay

1 x 1/72 Tsukuda Hobby SO4-1300 Yak-38. Yeah, I thought who when I first saw the company name. The model is a repop of the Revell kit, which in itself is far better than the A Model kit of which I have two, the single and the two-seat version. I would like to get hold of another one so I can cross-kit to make a better two-seat model.

Received at 18:30 local

1 x 1/35 AFV Club AF35122 Centurion 5/2, 6 105mm Gun (NATO) to be upgraded to a Mk 7 and fitted with a Centurion Mantletless Turret from SMM, which I already have.

From Japan

1 x 1/72 Lonstars Models LSR7204 Flap down wing for Jaguar (Combo Set), so two in the box as it's cheaper. That is http://lonestars.web.fc2.com, not the American Lonestar.
