After the 2 week project with the Nightgull i have startet a 1 week build with this single seat jet fighter.

Again it is based on a 1:35 droptank 😆.

The tape on this unfinished build must be 40 years old and it was hard like stone. I have to use the biggest file to get it off.

Cutting the nose for the intake in Mig style.

And use the cutted part in reverse and glue it inside.

Create the Cockpit from old parts.

The wings came from a 1:48 kit or something similar, produced in russia 50 years ago.
The poor quality was amazing 😵�💫.

Fitting the shape of the wings with a piece of sheet instead of putty, that give a better connection.

Fun fact, i always wanted that Caproni as Modell and talked about a Scratch build.

But i found two of the original kits NOS one year ago.

It wouldn't be one of your models without SOMEthing from an Me 262 in there somewhere.  ;)

Looks VERY promising, specially that nose.  :thumbsup:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
