Saw this on my local Facebook Marketplace for 20 dollars so I had to get it ! I was sold by the cool looking whifs on the boxtop. A little disappointed to find F-16s and Foxbat's ! Oh well, 20 is cheap, and hopefully it's fun !

Yeah, that box art is cool! Some imagineering could make some cool whiffs. I like the F-101 Voodoo with the intakes under the fuselage.

The boxtop artist is Paul Alexander, he was active in the book cover business from the late '70s to early '90s.
Paul Alexander

Amongst other jobs he did the covers for the Baen editions of Laumer's Bolo series. Cover for Unconquerable. Paul's way of working was to read the entire manuscript before working up the illustration.
