Photographed by The Real Fat Hamster in Albania in 1999.  We were wondering what it was.  I thought it might be a Delfin, but no.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I concur with that, the positioning of the intakes right in the centre of the cockpit is pretty distinctive.

The Real Fat Hamster found another photo and decided it was in Bosnia in '99, not Albania.

Thank you gentlemen.  I think you are right.  The missing spine and tail change the shape but the cockpit frames, the position of the intakes, the wing fences, and the panel liness on the side of the nose match.  The panel lines are very restrained.  They obviously didn't preshade their airframe.
I reckon the nose may have been removed with a bulldozer when they cleared that track.

I'm more interested in what's in (Capt) Fat Hamster's rear vision mirror! ... It has a very military appearance to it.

The Real Fat Hamster was in his working life a friggie (refrigeration and air-conditioning technician) working for civilian contractors maintaining overseas military bases - NATO, UN, US.
So the compressor will be a tool of his trade.

He tells me his first job was usually to explain why the American made equipment had gone bang when plugged into the local power supply.

We had that problem in Iraq. American generators powering 110V plus local power at 220V. And a mix of American and European power tools. Add guys changing plugs to what they thought it should be didn't go well.
