Well, as I said, something new for the Rebans.

Without Snackmachines - as we are now in the early stages of Reban space technology.

It is the year 2009 and the Rebans made their first attempt to land on their inner and bigger moon, Bobo.

This "spaceship" would be comparable with a Saturn V in size and technology level.

This model will be competently 3D design and printed with the Resin printer. No interior this time and it also should be smaller then the last model (I have to store them somewhere when done)

Inspiration for this will be the Soviet N-3 (always liked this design) and the STARDUST from the Perry Rhodan universe (where the Rebans belong to)

So, as a beginning, a fist print test for the first stage. The grid structure on top is too fragile, have to change this a bit.

But this is why I made the test print, this cannot be seen when designing it in 3D.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

A new version of the first stage. The grid structure is now better and stable, plus some more detail added to it.  Next to add here is the engine cluster at the bottom.

The first stage will get some wings, here is a first test-print and it fits perfectly into its lace. So I now can make the three remaining ones.

Such excellence is only to be expected after your amazing work work on the 'Ukumka', but the moon rocket looks superb!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

All the parts for the first stage are now printed:

A small test with a second stage placeholder. It fits ok, so a "real" version of the second stage is currently printed. The final model will have four stages plus the lander/crew spacecraft.

For this Reban Moon Rocket (or better Bobo-Rocket), I want to try to make all parts as easy so assemble as a normal model model kit, so far, it seems to be working.
