Apologies for not setting up the 1WGB boards today.

With Chris otherwise engaged I'd offered to set these up but it appears I've either not got the necessary permissions or have had a brainf@rt and forgotten how to set them up.

They'll be sorted asap.

As for the Rules, draft is with Chris for approval.  They're basically the same as previous 1-weekers, so there shouldn't be any surprises.

Which week?  The next month for me has already been subsumed into a calendar-full of family medical appointments and other events.

Then again it would be a good distraction to have fun building something!

The tricks are:

1. Get all your ducks in a row beforehand: idea, kit, supplies, decals, paints all ready to rock'n'roll.

2. Pick a project with simple paint, because paint/decal/varnish drying cycles are what eat the calendar.  Assuming 8 hours for each, then one undercoat, one top colour, one coat of gloss varnish, one lot of decals and one coat of matt varnish is 40 hours drying time, never mind the prep work in between. If each of them is "overnight", then that's five days, so you need to start painting on the Tuesday night at the latest.

Actually, I'm not expecting many (if any) takers for this offer, as most colleagues here are perfectly capable of producing first rate work without me sticking my oar in!

PSR will also eat up a lot of time so take that into account when planning.  Choose well fitting kit(s).  Modern moulds rather than vintage repops for example.
