AK Interactive have had a few kits recently of civilian and support vehicles in 1/35, Toyota FJ42 Land Cruiser, VW T2, Unimog, Land Rover Series IIa SWB and Dodge Power Wagon.

They've announced a 1/35 M1008 CUCVin a couple of guises, shouldn't be too difficult to get a Chevy K5 Blazer out of it. Bit of a run on Blazer kits with Revell's 1/25 Stranger Things tie in.

It might go well as a Terminator style resistance technical.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I like those very much
The prices tho when they get here will probably change my mind .
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

It's nice to see someone doing the "forgotten" service & support fleet.  And, as a little trivia CUCV keys were the most duplicated set of keys in the National Guard.  Everyone had a pair.

As a follow on for the 1008, if you don't mind some scratch bodging, there's the M-1010 four litter ambulance and scratch up an S-250 shelter to put in the back of an "M-1028"

Given AK's tendency to do a lot of variants of each vehicle type in "batches", I wouldn't be surprised to see them on the shelves in the not-too-distant future.
