Transall Skyguardian AEW.1 with photos

This is based on a line drawing of the Skyguardian  Radar which was published during the BAe Nimrod AEW.3 development.
I selected a 'spares or repair ' 1/72 Heller C-160 which the rear loading ramps and one of the four propellers was broken.
Using a bit of whiffery I have added the resin radomes from the MasterCaster BAe Nimrod AEW.3.

Hataka Olive Drab acrylic paint applied with a hairy brush,  decals are a mixture based on ZH883 47 Squadron RAF Brize Norton 2016, not finished.
