So this project started with me buying a bunch of left-over built japanese 1/72 kits ( mainly Aoshima's from the 1970-ies). Included were three Revell Ki-84"s and some LS Ki-46's.
Love the latter for their crisp detail, color of plastic and being a tad smaller than 1/72. Perfect to combine the Ki-46 wing and engines with the Ki-84 fuselage minus engine. Result is a sleek looking speedmachine.

Mayor PSR is done. it's now waiting for the resin cockpit to arrive and put in that fuselage. Than close the gap between wing and fuselage and presto....( that's the brand of filler i use).
meanwhile I need to create or find replacements for the horizontal tailplanes as they're a tad too small.

Oh, Shitore kaze is translated "wet wind". In Dutch this means a dud...

Enjoy your PSR-ing!

Yeeeeeah!   That's three of us, you, me and Dizzy.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

We should be sponsored by them! Were using large quantities (at least i do although I still haven't done 1 tube per project bu got very close to it) and promote application.

I also use their 2k fillers regularly in combination with 1k filler. I find out that mixing the 1k putty is done automatically if the tube is put on it's top for some weeks.

That is looking rather good. Should be awesome when finished.

If memory serves the LS kits were 1/75 ?

Anyway it does look good. Reminds me in some ways of a Romeo Ro 57 with a bubble canopy
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Depends on the kit, early '60s tools are 1/75 but later '60s and '70s are 1/72nd.
The G3M, Ki-46, Ki-15/C5M/Kamikaze and Willow trainer series are 1/72nd.
