This remembering names thing is a hug PITA for me i can tell ya .. i can meet a person ,,shake hands ,,say gidday and get their names ,,, 10 minutes later it's gone ,, what helps is if there's other ppl around here with the same name ,,ya know like Steve ,or Dave and so on ,,,I an kinda do faces but its like  "i think i've seen that dude before but no idea here "
We've got a bloke and his lady who visit the camp a lot and he goes by the name Noddy ..which i can remember as it's quite different ,,only found out a couple of weeks ago his name is Paul 
Apparently he only gets called Paul when he's in trouble

Maybe we should all be called "Bruce", to save any confusion. "Spoken in a fake Australian accent"

I'm only ever called Christopher when I'm in trouble (or one particular person who thinks it annoys me  ) and if it's Christopher George I'm in serious ****. Only Mum and Magistrates

Ahhh Al mate the way rule 6 is worded is in such away that you realllllly didn't want to know about rule 6 ,,so in turn nobody either was to scared to ask or they really didn't want to know ,,so the secret remained hush hush ....blokes who have been here for decades might have known or might not have but newbys would have no idea why rule 6 was hush hush ...hell i'll bet even with this secret now out for all to see there will still be blokes who don't know unless they read this ,,which is no guarantee either .

It's a very British thing. You either know Python, or you don't. That is the way of the world, and writing this reminds me of a Not The Nine O'clock News sketch which I shall try to remember and post on here after work.

Point is, I do know Python fairly well (It's an Australian thing    ). I even know his skit (not word-for-word, true) but it never clicked!
