They're probably 7 tonners.  Just with a fancy and shiny (commercial-grade) grey paint scheme, instead of CARC Sand.

They look a bit like a Ford F650/750, for those the specs say not quite 8 miles to the gallon      About the same as my old Dodge C-Class motorhome which had a 440ci gasoline engine
