It was a bit of fun.

Fred: I agree with not being absolutely sold on any of the 'spinning prop' options I've seen, but as it's a cartoony build anyway, I thought this method added to the effect. 

Kit: they'd likely just turn me down, then take the idea and run with it... but if they ever do put one out, well... we know where it came from...

So a quick update: one project finished, and progress made on a couple more;
one to the markings stage and another partway through it;
and a couple more needing the final push to actually get the markings on, which is all that's needed to finally finish them off...

As well, more information being amassed for a couple of others.
It's amazing how you can find that something you have long ago salted away suddenly becomes pertinent and useful.
