I was looking at the instruction sheets for the L-188 and I started to wonder about some of the words and phrases he used. Some of it reads like bad porn. Does he need an english speaking editor or might he be joking around?

If you mean the use of the word erection, it simply means assembly and was long a
common term used for the "assembly and maintenance" instruction manuals for US
aircraft.

It's also a term regularly used in construction.

I have just been on ebay and noticed that  One Man Models are releasing the following kits during 2022;
1/72, 1/48 & 1/32
Kawasaki C-1
AW .15 Atlanta
ERJ145
Short S.17 Kent
Lockheed L188 & P-3C water bomber
HS748 trooper version
Deux Ponts
P-3C.
1/200 &1/144 HMA.23 rigid airship with biplane

The kits don't come with instructions as you have to download them, they are very pricey and you will need a lot of photos of your chosen topic.
The  1/72 HS748/ Andover AEW that I chose hasn't turned out too badly.

I must have lost a few parts so I added some of my own.

1/144 HMA.23 rigid airship with biplane

That would be around 4-5 FEET long!  :o

Alliance do/did a resin one, plus there was a vac form kit, possibly early MPM.

Yeah, if you can find an Alliance one these days.  The vac-form was, IIRC, Czech but I don't remember the exact manufacturer.  Given all the on-oeff prototypes that have been kitted, you'd think an aircraft like the Marut would be more widely kitted.  One thing I've always wondered about the Marut, was the one loaned to Eqypt to flith test the E300 engine still in Indian markings or was it in Egyptian markings?
